- Sun and hydration reminders are general wellbeing guidance, never medical advice, and no health data is stored.
- Government and tourism dashboards receive anonymous, aggregated analytics only.
- Location and camera access are requested explicitly, and the basic app works without them.
- Sharing a photo asks separately before including location, weather, beach name or branding.
- Visitors can delete their own posts and reviews; all community content is moderated and reportable.
- Sponsored recommendations are always labelled and never presented as neutral AI guidance.
- Every figure in this prototype is labelled live, simulated or illustrative.
